RMMS Featured articles: Discussion and Exploration

Aiming to add value to regional discussion and exploration of issues relevant to mixed migration, the Regional Mixed Migration Secretariat will feature on-line articles on a regular basis. The Horn of Africa is a fast changing environment with high levels of displacement and movement – voluntary, forced, involuntary or otherwise. A wide range of factors affect and influence those caught up in the flow of mixed migration as well as policy responses to mixed migration in the region.

Academics, researchers, practitioners and policy makers in the sector, in addition to RMMS team , will be invited and commissioned to offer articles to provoke exchange, discussion and debate on issues that impact different forms of migration. Those interested in submitting feature article of between 500-1000 words should contact RMMS with a brief synopsis of their analysis. All featured articles will be credited to the author and his/her bio, if requested.
